Potts’ Partnership Ltd is a UK-based food brand specialising in premium stocks, sauces and gravies. Our products are sold online directly to consumers within the United Kingdom.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
6. Delivery
We currently ship within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once goods have been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns unless items are damaged or faulty on arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pottspartnership.co.uk. Refunds will be issued in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.
