Potts' TikTok December Competition – Terms & Conditions

1.     Promoter: Potts’ Partnership Ltd, Rutland House, Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN25 5AZ. 

2.    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok.

3.    Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded.

4.    To enter, follow @potts.partnership, like the competition post and comment tagging one friend. One entry per person. Entries close at 11:59pm GMT on 30 December 2025.

5.   The prize is one voucher code for the Potts’ Partnership website with a total retail value of £40. No cash alternative is available.

6.    One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified via TikTok direct message within 5 days of the closing date. The winner must respond within 7 days or the prize may be reallocated.

7  The prize will be emailed within 28 days of confirmation. The Promoter is not responsible for emails lost due to incorrect contact details.

8.   Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties.

9.  By entering, participants grant the Promoter the right to repost or share competition entries on its owned channels with credit.

10.  The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition where necessary. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
