A convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag. Inspired by the Southern Indian cuisine of Goa and Kerala we've blended rich, sweet but tart mango with our unique masala spice blend including plenty of roasted cumin and a touch of chilli. This marinade is perfect for fish and seafood barbecued at the beach and served in dosa pancakes but also works equally well with chicken and lamb and served on coconut rice.

Serves 4, contains enough marinade for approximately 600g meat, fish or vegetables.
