This mint packed balsamic reduction is Owen's reincarnation of the mint sauce with the sweet and tangy flavour of a good balsamic reduction. It is gorgeous with a roast lamb and tastes lovely with venison. Our minted balsamic reduction works great as a drizzle over French-trimmed lamb cutlets or as a glaze for roasted potatoes.
