Potts Proper Mayonnaise
Made with Rapeseed Oil, a little Olive Oil and Dijon Mustard. It is delicious as a dip for sweet potato fries.
INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed Oil (68%), Water, Olive Oil (5%), Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk (5%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Dijon Mustard (2%) (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Sugar, Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Emulsifier; Xanthan Gum.
