Potts Miso Mayonnaise
A rich, umami-full mayonnaise. Use as a dip for panko coated goujons or to make an oriental flavoured coleslaw.
INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed Oil (72%), Water, Miso Paste (5%) (Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt, Yeast), Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk (5%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Sugar, Wheat flour), Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Emulsifier; Xanthan Gum.
